Scholarships
  • If you need assistance with the cost of the conference, we encourage you to apply for a partial or full scholarship (click here); if you feel called to contribute to our scholarship fund, you can do so at the time of registration.
Refund Information
  • If you are no longer able to attend the conference, after purchasing your ticket, you may choose to transfer your registration fees to a scholarship couple in need, or request a refund.
 
  • All refunds must be requested 2 weeks prior to the conference. The last day to request a refund is Friday, October 9. All refund requests made on or after October 10 will not be accepted, but the funds will automatically be transferred to a scholarship couple in need. Please email [email protected] to transfer your registration or request a refund.

DOMINICK ALBANO
Catholic Author and Speaker

Dominick Albano is a nationally sought-after Catholic speaker and writer. After his powerful conversion at the age of sixteen and newfound passion for sharing the Catholic faith with others, Dominick began giving talks and leading retreats and small groups. Dominick has spent the last 20 years speaking at conferences, retreats, parish missions, and schools. Newlyweds might recognize Dominick from Dynamic Catholic's marriage prep program: Better Together, which he co-wrote and presented. Dominick is the author of three books including The Fundamental Theory of Happiness, The Essential Guide to Prayerful Decisionmaking, and The Story of My Life Prayer Journal. Dominick lives in Northern Illinois with his high school sweetheart and their four young sons. When he isn’t working in ministry, Dominick can be found coaching his son’s baseball team. REV. ERIC SCANLAN
Pastor, Our Lady of Light Parish

Fr. Eric Scanlan is a Catholic priest for the Diocese of Venice in Florida, where he serves as Pastor of Our Lady of Light Catholic Community in Fort Myers. Ordained in 2013 at Epiphany Cathedral in Venice, he is a native of Fort Myers and the oldest of eleven children. During his college years while on pilgrimage to the Marian shrine of Medjugorje, he experienced the love of God in a powerful and life changing way. Renewed in his love for the Catholic Church and relationship with Jesus Christ, he began to discern a call to the priesthood. Eucharistic Adoration and Marian devotion were instrumental in his discernment. Fr. Scanlan graduated with Marketing and Political Science degrees from University of Florida. He studied philosophy at Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio, theology at the Gregorian University in Rome, and finished in 2014 with a Licentiate (STL) in Spirituality from the Teresianum in Rome. Fr. Scanlan loves sharing the richness and beauty of the Catholic faith with others and believes strongly in its unique ability to transform the culture. As a priest, his greatest joy is helping people encounter and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

PAUL ROULEAU
Director of Philanthropy, St. John Paul II Foundation

Paul Rouleau is the Director of Philanthropy for the St. John Paul II Foundation. After graduating from the University of Ottawa with a bachelor's degree in Philosophy he served on the development team at Catholic Christian Outreach in Canada. During this time, Paul discovered his passion for working with benefactors to help them achieve their philanthropic goals. Raised in a family profoundly influenced by the teachings and life of St. John Paul II, Paul is deeply committed to the Foundation’s mission of proclaiming the Gospel of life and family.

MARIA FEDORYKA, PHD
Associate Professor of Philosophy, Ave Maria University

Dr. Maria Fedoryka teaches in the philosophy department of Ave Maria University in Florida and is an Associated Scholar with the Hildebrand Project. She specializes in the philosophy of love, her work spanning topics from the centrality of love in the being of God, to its meaning for the creation and vocation of the human person, to its role in marriage, family and human development. This work encompasses the issue of gender, questions related to spousal intimacy, and questions relating to the nature and role of emotions in human life. Among her publications are the booklet The Special Gift of Women for God, the Family and the World published by the Catholic Truth Society in England and the popular articles in the Homiletic and Pastoral Review titled “Gender: What is it and Why does it Matter?” and “The Centrality of Love to the Teaching of Humanae Vitae”.
