Danielle Bean, a wife and mother of eight, is the Brand Manager for CatholicMom at Holy Cross Family Ministries. Former publisher for "Catholic Digest", Danielle is also creator and host of "The Gist", a weekly Catholic women’s television talk show in production of its seventh season on CatholicTV. Danielle is author of several books, "Momnipotent" (Ascension Press 2014), a book, a parish study, and a movement to reclaim a vocation that helps women find peace, balance, and joy in their roles as mothers. Her most recent book is a study of women in the Gospels entitled "You’re Worth It! Change How You Feel About Yourself by Discovering How Jesus Feels About You". Danielle has a special heart for mothers, particularly those who struggle. She encourages women of all ages and stages of life to find humor in daily challenges and the joy God intends for every one of us. It is in her primary vocation to marriage and motherhood that Danielle finds the inspiration for all of her work.
Dr. Leonora Butau is Program Director at the St. John Paul II Foundation where she oversees the Together in Holiness conference series and the second phase of the Foundation's successful Converging Roads medical ethics conferences. Leonora moved to Houston from England, where she taught Christian Ethics and Christian Spirituality at St. Mary’s University, London, for eight years, and where she led efforts to empower Catholic couples, educators and young adults in St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body. While in London, she also worked for Caritas Social Action Network, the charitable agency of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales. She earned a B.A. in Theology and Religious Studies and an M.A. in Bioethics and Medical Law from St. Mary’s University, London, and has a Ph.D. in Bioethics from the University of Surrey, (England). Leonora is blessed to be married to Rufaro and to enjoy the gift of their son, Jesse. She feels honored to join the Foundation, especially in its important apostolate to medical professionals and married couples.
The Bosios are retired but remain active in parish and family ministry, serving parishes and dioceses around the country. They lead couples retreats and workshops on family ministry for deacons and priests. The Bosios wrote Joined by Grace, a marriage preparation program from Ave Maria Press. They produced three parish-based marriage enrichment programs: Six Dates for Catholic Couples, The Beatitudes: A Couple’s Path to Greater Joy, and Four Dates for Catholic Couples: The Virtues. They also wrote Joined by Grace: A Catholic Prayer Book for Engaged and Newly Married Couples and Six Jars of Love: Loving Attitudes to Help Married Couples Reconnect. The Bosios live in in Nashville, Tennessee, and have two daughters and one grandchild.
