PATTY SCHNEIER
Catholic Author and Speaker
Patty Schneier is a Catholic author and speaker from the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Since 2003, she has been inspiring Catholics to reignite their faith. Her book, "Love Letters From Mom on What Matters Most," is a must-read for parents who want to pass the faith on to their children. She hosts a weekly radio show to promote holy vocations, entitled "The Pearl of Great Price" (heard on Covenant Network.) Patty has been a guest on EWTN as well as numerous Catholic radio programs. She received the 2015 "St. Paul Woman of the Year" Award and the "Archbishop Robert J. Carlson Excellence in Communications" Award for her work in evangelization. She and her husband Larry have been married for 29 years; their oldest son was recently ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
MOST REV. DAVID A. KONDERLA
Bishop of Tulsa
Bishop David A. Konderla is the second of twelve children, son of the late David and Ann Konderla. He grew up in Bryan, Texas; graduated from Bryan High School in 1978; and worked for several years as a machinist before entering the seminary in 1985.
After graduating from the University of Dallas in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in history, he earned his Master of Divinity from the University of St. Thomas and St. Mary's Seminary, and was ordained on June 3, 1995.
Bishop Konderla served at St. Louis Parish in Austin and St. Luke's Parish in Temple before his assignment as associate pastor of St. Mary's Catholic Center in College Station. After almost four years with the Aggies, he was named as Vocation Director for the Diocese of Austin, where he served the diocese for four years. He then returned to St. Mary's as pastor and Director of Campus Ministry in August 2005.
Bishop Konderla was appointed the fourth Bishop of Tulsa on May 13, 2016 by Pope Francis. He was ordained and installed as Bishop of the Diocese of Tulsa on June 29, 2016.
ROLAND MILLARE, STD
Vice President of Curriculum and Director of Clergy Initiatives, St. John Paul II Foundation
Dr. Roland Millare, a native Houstonian, serves as the Vice President of Curriculum and the Director of Clergy Initiatives for the St. John Paul II Foundation (Houston, TX). Dr. Millare served as a member of the Theology Department at St. John XXIII College Preparatory (Katy, TX) for over 15 years. He received a BA in Theology from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. He has a MA in Theological Studies (with a concentration in Moral Theology) from the Notre Dame Graduate School of Christendom College (Alexandria, VA) and a Licentiate (STL) and Doctorate in Sacred Theology (STD) in Dogmatic Theology (with a specialization in Sacramental Theology) from the University of St. Mary of the Lake (Mundelein, IL). Dr. Millare also serves as an adjunct professor of theology for permanent deacon candidates, seminarians, undergraduate and graduate students at the University of St. Thomas, St. Mary’s Seminary, the Diocese of Fort Worth and the University of Dallas. He has published various theological articles for Logos, Antiphon, New Blackfriars, Nova et Vetera, and the Heythrop Journal. He has published the book, A Living Sacrifice: Liturgy and Eschatology in Joseph Ratzinger (Emmaus Academic, 2022). Dr. Millare has also contributed an article to a forthcoming lexicon on the theology of Joseph Ratzinger (Ignatius Press). Dr. Millare is a member of the Fellowship of Catholic Scholars, Academy of Catholic Theology, and the Society for Catholic Liturgy. Dr. Millare enjoys the gift of life and love with his beautiful wife Veronica and their three children.
