Scholarships
If you need assistance with the cost of the conference, we encourage you to apply for a partial or full scholarship (click here); if you feel called to contribute to our scholarship fund, you can do so at the time of registration.
Refund Information:
All refunds must be requested 2 weeks prior to the conference. The last day to request a refund was Friday, September 9.
If you are unable to attend the conference, after you have purchased your ticket, we can offer you two options: you can elect for the amount of your ticket to go towards a scholarship for a couple in need, or you may transfer the ticket to a family/friend.
Childcare Information:
There is currently a waitlist for childcare. When registering, please select that you would like to be placed on the childcare waitlist, and the conference coordinator will reach out to you if spots become available.
